📋 Description

• Lead and scale a high-performing TAM team of customer advisors and escalation resources.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and manage TAM staff; assess capabilities and capacity.
• Develop TAM processes, workflows, and automation to improve efficiency.
• Provide advanced cybersecurity guidance to customers on threat intelligence and identity security.
• Help customers operationalize threat intelligence within security workflows and investigations.
• Create playbooks, enablement materials, and best practices to translate capabilities into business

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in client-facing cybersecurity consulting, TAM, or related roles; threat intelligence
• Background as SOC analyst, threat researcher, or similar security-focused technical role.
• Experience leading technical teams in B2B SaaS or tech environments.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, threat intel, external attack surfaces, and SOC concepts.
• Hands-on with SaaS integrations, APIs, and webhooks; basic Python development skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication; ability to explain complex concepts to technical and
