📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and scale TAM team with focus on cybersecurity and threat intelligence expertise.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and manage TAM staff; assess capabilities and workload.
• Develop and improve TAM processes, workflows, and automation to drive efficiency.
• Provide advanced technical guidance on cybersecurity, threat intelligence, identity security, and
• Help customers operationalize threat intelligence within security workflows and investigations.
• Create customer playbooks, enablement materials, and best practices to translate tech into business

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in client-facing cybersecurity consulting, TAM, or related roles; threat intelligence
• Background as SOC analyst, threat researcher, cybersecurity consultant, or similar security-focused
• Proven leadership of technical teams; experience in B2B SaaS/tech environments.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, threat intel, identity threats, external attack surfaces
• Experience implementing SaaS solutions and integrating tech into security workflows.
• Hands-on experience with APIs and webhooks for technical integrations.
