You’ve built fast, reliable API endpoints capable of handling over 1M requests per day, and you bring a mature approach to automated testing, monitoring, and observability.You’re highly proficient in designing and optimizing relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL, including data modeling and query optimization, and you know how to enhance performance and scalability through caching mechanisms like Redis. You’re skilled at troubleshooting and problem-solving in fast-paced environments, familiar with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools, and you collaborate effectively across teams. We are seeking a few specialists in AI/Data: AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Python &amp; LLM Engineers, MLOps Engineers, Data Analysts, and Data Scientists. Below are the requirements for some roles:
Requirements – Python &amp; LLM Engineers:

<li>At least 5 years of experience with Python is a must;</li>
<li>2+ years of experience with LLMs;</li>
<li>Experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure is mandatory;</li>
</ul>
Requirements – AI Engineers:
<ul>
<li>3+ years of commercial experience applying AI to practical technology solutions;</li>
<li>At least 3 years of experience with Python is a must; experience with other programming languages commonly used in AI is a plus;</li>
<li>Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure is required;</li>
<li>Experience with large language models (LLMs) is mandatory.</li>
</ul>
Requirements - MLOps Engineer:
<ul>
<li>
4+ years of commercial experience in Machine Learning
</li>
<li>
2+ years of experience in an MLOps Engineer role or similar DevOps roles focused on machine learning systems
</li>
<li>
3+ years of experience with Python is a must
</li>
<li>
Strong expertise in cloud computing, specifically AWS/GCP/Microsoft Azure
</li>
<li>
Strong technical skills: as a Senior Engineer, you are expected to be able to create projects from scratch and have a deep understanding of application architecture.
</li>
<li>
Clear and effective communication in English — advanced ability to discuss business tasks, justify decisions, and communicate issues. Good self-presentation is also essential for upcoming client calls.

<li>
Strong self-organizational skills — ability to work full-time remotely with no supervision.
</li>
<li>
Reliability — we want to trust you and expect that you won’t let us and the client down.
