Technical Leader (Fullstack Backend focused)

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers with strong practices.
• Partner with Product, Frontend, DevOps to deliver scalable backend solutions.
• Architect and maintain backend services using TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS/Express.
• Design highly available, secure, scalable systems with zero-downtime deployment.
• Own backend direction, roadmap, and long-term maintainability.
• Improve reliability via testing, observability, incident management, and perf tuning.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years backend dev experience; 4+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS/Express.js.
• Experience building scalable APIs and distributed systems.
• Relational and non-relational DBs, data modeling, query optimization.
• Cloud infra (AWS preferred), containerization, CI/CD, IaC.
• Event-driven architecture, messaging tech; Kafka a plus.
