Technical Leader (Fullstack Backend focused)

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers; establish engineering practices.
• Partner with Product, Frontend, DevOps to deliver scalable solutions.
• Architect and maintain backend services and APIs with TS/Node.js.
• Design systems for availability, performance, security, scalability.
• Own backend direction; balance delivery with maintainability.
• Improve reliability via testing, monitoring, observability, incidents.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years backend dev experience; 4+ years in leadership.
• Strong TypeScript, Node.js; NestJS or Express.js.
• Experience designing scalable APIs and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
• Cloud infra with AWS; containerization, CI/CD, IaC.
• Event-driven architectures; Kafka a plus.
