🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years backend experience, 4+ years leadership
- TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS/Express.js
- Designing scalable APIs and distributed systems
- Relational and non-relational DBs, data modeling
- Cloud/AWS, containers, CI/CD, IaC
- Event-driven/Kafka a plus
