Technical Leader (Fullstack Backend focused)

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team while establishing engineering practices and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product, Frontend, DevOps to deliver scalable backend solutions.
• Architect and maintain backend services and APIs using TypeScript and Node.js.
• Design systems for availability, security, performance, and zero-downtime deployment.
• Own backend roadmap and balance delivery with maintainability.
• Improve reliability via testing, monitoring, observability, and incident management.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years backend experience; 4+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS/Express.js.
• Experience designing scalable APIs and distributed systems.
• Relational and non-relational DBs, data modeling, query optimization.
• Cloud infra (AWS), containers, CI/CD, IaC.
• Event-driven architectures; Kafka a plus.
