We are looking for a Business Development (Volume Growth) position to drive our international market expansion. This role is responsible for increasing trading volume, strengthening platform liquidity, and building strategic partnerships across the global Web3 ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has working proficiency in English and experience collaborating with international partners and crypto communities.

II. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to expand Bullbit's global presence, increase user acquisition, trading volume, and platform liquidity.
Identify, acquire, and manage strategic partners, including KOLs, Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, trading communities, market makers, OTC desks, funds, wallets, DeFi protocols, launchpads, and blockchain ecosystems.
Identify strategic synergies, understand partner needs, develop compelling partnership proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and manage the partnership lifecycle from outreach to long-term relationship management.
Build relationships with high-value traders, institutional clients, and ecosystem partners to drive trading activity and platform adoption.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to execute co-marketing campaigns, referral programs, trading competitions, AMAs, Twitter Spaces, product integrations, and other ecosystem initiatives.
Track business performance, including trading volume, partner contribution, campaign effectiveness, and market opportunities, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous growth.

III. Requirements

3+ years of Business Development experience in Crypto, Web3, Blockchain, or Digital Assets.
Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, DeFi, trading communities, KOL networks, and crypto market dynamics.
Proven experience building partnerships with KOLs, affiliates, IBs, exchanges, market makers, institutional clients, or other ecosystem partners.
Existing networks within the crypto industry is highly preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and value-selling skills, with the ability to identify win-win partnership opportunities.
Professional proficiency in English both written and spoken; proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.
Analytical, results-oriented, highly self-driven, and able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.

IV. Nice to have

Experience with perpetual DEXs, derivatives, or trading-focused DeFi products.
Existing relationships with market makers, liquidity providers, institutional traders, or major Web3 ecosystems.
Experience managing affiliate or IB programs, community growth, or co-marketing initiatives.
Familiarity with the Base ecosystem or other EVM-compatible blockchains.
Comfortable representing Bullbit at industry events, AMAs, Twitter Spaces, podcasts, and community engagements.
