MEP Design Engineer
📋 Description
- Design and review electrical distribution, UPS, diesel gensets, and BESS for data centers
- Design and review cooling, ventilation: chillers, row cooling, water towers
- Coordinate with IT and MEP teams for power/cooling integration
- Develop Basis of Design and technical specs for projects
- Participate in tendering and evaluate vendor proposals
- Ensure compliance with safety, reliability, and energy-efficiency rules
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in MEP design for critical infrastructure or heavy-industry facilities
- Experience with cooling/ventilation; strong HVAC background
- Solid understanding of mechanical/electrical systems in critical environments
- Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, and design software
- Ability to review multidisciplinary docs and identify risks
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
