Sr. Software Engineer - Engineering Tools
📋 Description
- Drive agentic AI automation initiatives using internal and external tools
- Build, maintain automation frameworks to boost productivity
- Develop and maintain performance testing capabilities
- Stabilize and improve CI/CD infra (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
- Collaborate with a small agile team to deliver features with quality
- Partner with Product, Data Science, Design, and other tech teams
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years software dev or automation experience
- Hands-on with agentic AI tools (Claude, Codex, Augment, etc.)
- Strong quality engineering and automation framework experience (Selenium, Behave, Playwright)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
- Strong understanding of quality, test automation, performance, and productivity practices
