Remote Backend Jobs

📋 Description

• Design building envelope systems: walls, façades, roofing, insulation for data centers
• Develop internal partitioning, space planning, security zones, fire compartments
• Perform structural load calculations for raised floors, PODs, rooftops
• Calculate floor loading for IT racks, high-density liquid-cooled racks
• Design tunnels/pathways for cables, piping, services
• Develop lighting concepts for spaces and security zones

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in structural and/or architectural design
• Experience with load-intensive facilities; data center experience beneficial
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Experience with Tekla Structures, Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis, IDEA StatiCa, or Dlubal RFEM
• Coordinate multidisciplinary designs between structural, architectural, and MEP
• Strong understanding of structural design, layouts, space planning, coordination
