📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain backend services responsible for storing and serving process data
• Own engineering initiatives end to end, translating product requirements into technical designs.
• Help evolve how process data is processed, retained, exposed, and streamed.
• Improve performance and scalability of secondary storage systems; develop tooling for observability
• Investigate and resolve complex data-layer production issues as part of L3 support and on-call
• Partner with Product, Support, SRE, QA, and other teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional Backend Software Engineer experience focused on backend systems
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, MSSQL, Elasticsearch, or OpenSearch.
• Understanding of query performance, indexing, data modeling, execution plans, and trade-offs in
• Experience contributing to complex engineering initiatives from requirements to reliable delivery.
• Ability to troubleshoot data-related production issues and optimize slow queries and indexing.
• Strong communication and collaboration in a remote-first environment with stakeholders.
