SCOM Consultant (Delphi)
📋 Description
- Design, architect, deploy, and administer SCOM for enterprise
- Lead end-to-end SCOM implementations: planning, install, config
- Manage Management Groups, Servers, Gateways, Web Console, Reporting
- Develop monitoring strategies aligned to business needs
- Implement proactive monitoring for Windows, Linux, VMware, SQL Server, AD, Azure
- Configure alerts, dashboards, and SL monitoring to improve visibility
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years with Microsoft SCOM; enterprise-scale monitoring exp.
- End-to-end SCOM architecture, migration, admin, troubleshooting
- SCOM 2016/2019/2022; design & customize Management Packs
- Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, SQL Server, Azure
- PowerShell scripting; automate ops using PowerShell and SC components
- Experience with ITIL, ITSM integrations (ServiceNow) is a plus
