📋 Description

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of autonomous AI agents in GTM ops (design, build, test, deploy, monitor
• Develop AI-driven agent flows to automate GTM processes, boost efficiency, and improve customer
• Define data strategies across Data360 and Snowflake to create high-fidelity Unified Customer
• Design prompts, system logic, routing, and non-linear workflows to improve agent performance.
• Establish AI governance, guardrails, and circuit breakers to support security and brand standards.
• Stress-test autonomous systems against adversarial prompts and failure scenarios before production.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in GTM systems engineering, business systems analysis, or related field.
• Hands-on experience implementing or optimizing autonomous AI agents in enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in prompt engineering, agentic logic design, dynamic routing, and error-handling
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms like Snowflake, Data360, and Agentforce.
• Experience with APIs, data integrations, and synchronization between enterprise systems.
• Strong business acumen to translate operational challenges into scalable AI-powered solutions.
