Head of Data Center Design
📋 Description
- Own the design vision for large-scale AI data center facilities.
- Define Basis of Design including PODs, cooling, power, fire, networking.
- Lead design reviews across electrical, mechanical, and other trades.
- Set design targets for PUE, capacity, availability, redundancy.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and partners on specs.
- Ensure design translates to real-world construction.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in data center design or critical infrastructure.
- Proven Basis of Design ownership for large facilities.
- At least 3 years in design or technical leadership.
- Strong knowledge of power topology and cooling strategies.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary design reviews.
- Excellent stakeholder communication; English proficiency.
