More:
We are a Manchester healthtech startup moving fast with a small team, building inCall, an AI receptionist for NHS GP practices. This is a project-based remote UK engagement with occasional Manchester attendance, self-directed hours, and a daily stand-up at 12:00 GMT/BST using Jira, GitLab, and Confluence. The initial term is three months with possible extension. The role is a technical leadership position focused on architecture oversight rather than hands-on engineering, and it is part of a four-stage NHS AI telephony platform with future stages covering AI triage, clinical routing, and fully autonomous call handling. The hiring process includes an application form, a short intro video, and a group interview, with responses provided within 48 hours at each stage.
