📋 Description

• Lead the technical strategy for end-to-end Ads ML engineer lifecycle, starting with feature
• Align Ads ML platform priorities with Reddit’s ML Platform vision, turning pain points into
• Define architecture and standards for ML feature and training-data systems across batch/streaming
• Collaborate with ML engineers and platform customers to identify friction points and improve
• Build platform abstractions and automation to make ML development faster, safer, and more
• Extend platform strategy into serving and online experimentation workflows for smoother

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in infrastructure, distributed systems, ML platforms, data platforms, or large-scale
• 4+ years building/operating production ML infrastructure, feature platforms, or large-scale data
• Proven leadership of multi-team platform initiatives from strategy through adoption.
• Experience building platforms used by ML engineers, data scientists, or product teams developing
• Deep experience in ML platform, feature platform, training data, experimentation, developer infra
• Hands-on work with distributed data/compute systems such as Spark, Flink, Kafka, Ray, Airflow
