- Experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions/Sales Engineering, etc.)
- Broad tech expertise: web security, networking, cloud infra, enterprise architecture
- Commercial mindset with SaaS metrics and enterprise sales cycle understanding
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
