AI Enablement Engineer
📋 Description
- Develop AI-enabled workflows, agents, and infrastructure to improve productivity across functions.
- Define safe, scalable AI enablement standards and governance.
- Create reusable templates, skills, and implementation patterns for reuse by teams.
- Collaborate with Engineering to build custom AI solutions when off-the-shelf tools fall short.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in Systems/Solutions IT engineering within SaaS or cloud-native orgs.
- Experience deploying and supporting AI tools at scale.
- Strong scripting/integration: Python, TypeScript, and/or shell.
- Knowledge of API integrations, secure authentication, and enterprise SaaS.
- Experience with MCP, AI agents, agent frameworks, or LLM-based apps.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to translate business needs into AI
