8+ years in software engineering with distributed systems and production AI/ML experience
Proven track record deploying LLM-based applications, grounding, reducing hallucinations, and
Deep API/orchestration and evaluation framework design for agentic AI at scale
Experience in customer support automation, compliance, or financial crimes domains
Responsible AI practices with human oversight for business-ready outputs and efficiency gains

Pay transparency with base salary range: $218,025 – $256,500 USD (excluding equity/bonus)
