About the Role

As a Global Country Expansion Manager at Deel, you will play a critical role in driving the expansion of Deel’s payroll product into new countries and markets within the EMEA region. You will work cross-functionally with product, compliance, and engineering teams to ensure successful launches and continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage payroll product expansion initiatives across multiple countries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Compliance, Legal, and Engineering
• Research and analyze market requirements for new country launches
• Develop and execute expansion strategies aligned with business objectives
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and payroll requirements
• Monitor and report on expansion progress and key metrics
