Requirements

A passion for engineering and a desire to keep learning
A focus on writing clear, concise code that is easy to maintain
An ability to be pragmatic when required and avoid unnecessary “gold-plating”
An understanding that quality is everyone’s responsibility and a strong desire to test your own code
Comfortable working with others in pairing or mobbing scenarios
A good communicator who shares our values of openness and respect
Experienced in Python, specifically Flask
Experience Providing technical direction across projects, guiding architectural decisions and ensuring best-practice engineering standards
Experience Mentoring and supporting engineers of all levels, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture
Experience working with Postgres
Experience designing and writing APIs, especially REST APIs
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins
Experience working with AWS (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Experience with cloud-native patterns across AWS and Azure
Experience with Docker, scripting, and deployments across Azure and Openshift
