Remote Backend Jobs

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Design Systems team, working primarily with React and Typescript to build and maintain reusable, scalable components that enhance user experience across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reusable React components and libraries for use across multiple teams and projects.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and other engineers to implement high-quality design systems and UI frameworks.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team code reviews, best practices, and coding standards.
• Identify and address technical debt, improve software quality by establishing best practices and testing frameworks.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve and innovate design system implementations.

• Strong proficiency with React, Typescript, and modern frontend development practices.
• Experience in building and maintaining design systems or component libraries at scale.
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and continuous integration/deployment processes.
