Remote Backend Jobs

We are looking for a dynamic software engineer to join our Windows Fast-Track team. This role involves working closely with our support teams to investigate customer cases that they need to escalate, and experts in our Windows development teams. The successful candidate will have a passion for solving complex and challenging technical problems along with good collaboration and communication skills.

You’ll take pride in understanding complex issues and identifying pragmatic workarounds and where necessary code fixes to resolve issues quickly. You’ll feel at home within an Agile team with its open communications, pair programming, commitment to quality and focus on getting things “done, done”.
• You'll be comfortable using tools such as WinDbg, SysInternals suite, Windows SDK/WDK, Windows Performance Toolkit, Wireshark, Microsoft Message Analyzer.
• Knowledge of a wide range of Windows operating systems.
• Analytical with an eye for detail, a natural problem solver with a continuous improvement ethos.
• Good communication skills.
• Desirable: experience with Windows drivers and kernel programming.
