Mission:
ACTIVITIES
- Set the vision. Define and socialise a three-year enterprise data strategy that aligns to Fime’s “innovation-enabler” mission, balances central governance with domain autonomy, and embeds data ethics & ISO 27001 controls from day one.
- Own the platform. Architect and run a modern, cloud-native data platform (warehousing, streaming, ML Ops) that delivers “analytics as a product” to engineering squads and business teams.
- Create measurable value. Implement a data ROI framework—covering adoption, cost-to-serve and revenue uplift—to prove how data products accelerate client delivery and margin.
- Lead the craft. Build, mentor and retain a diverse team across data engineering, analytics engineering and ML Ops; introduce best-in-class DevDataOps practices, CI/CD and IaC for data.
- Partner for impact. Act as translator between execs, product owners and technical leads; turn use-cases in testing automation, fraud analytics and generative-AI assistants into production workloads.
- Govern and protect. Establish data quality SLAs, cataloguing, lineage and GDPR-ready governance; lead internal audit responses.
- Champion culture. Promote data literacy, run internal communities of practice and advocate for diversity & inclusion in tech.
