I’m helping a well-backed European startup that’s building a next-gen AI orchestration platform. They’ve got fresh funding, strong revenue already, and a product that’s about to launch and they need a Rust Backend Engineer to help scale it.

What they’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience in backend engineering (Rust in production, or Go/Java engineers with serious Rust projects)
• Strong SQL skills, ideally with PostgreSQL
• Background in distributed systems and containerisation (Docker, K8s)
• Nice to have: experience working with LLMs
