Software Engineer (Internal Tooling & Security) | AWS, CI/CD, Backend | up to £70k

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join a fast-growing tech team, building the internal tools and platforms that keep systems secure and scalable. You’ll work across backend engineering, automation, and cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on security best practices. This is a hands-on role where your code will directly improve how teams develop, ship, and safeguard software.

What you’ll do:

• Design, build, and maintain internal tooling to support engineering and security teams.
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines used across multiple projects.
• Help scale and secure cloud infrastructure (AWS)through automation.
• Collaborate with other engineers to embed security into development workflows.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong coding skills in Go (or similar backend languages).
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of AWS services and cloud-native engineering.
• A software-first mindset with a keen interest in automation and security.
