HiCareer is helping a remote-first gaming company hire a Product Specialist with a focus on go-to-market strategy. The company runs a platform with millions of players globally and works closely with studios, streamers, and communities to launch new features and campaigns.
In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of product, marketing, and partnerships — making sure product launches land smoothly and reach the right players.
️ Your Impact
Translate product updates into clear value stories for players and partners
Coordinate launches with marketing, partnerships, and community teams
Gather market and player insights to shape positioning and messaging
Monitor adoption of new features and propose improvements
Act as the voice of both the player and the partner in go-to-market planning
In Your First 6 Months
Lead the rollout of 2–3 new features from planning through launch
Establish a repeatable GTM playbook for the product team
Build relationships with key external partners to support joint campaigns
Deliver insights that improve how features are communicated and adopted
What You Bring
2–5 years of experience in product marketing, GTM, or a related role
Strong understanding of the gaming industry and player communities
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Excellent communication skills in English; comfortable with cross-team collaboration
Bonus: experience in community engagement, partnerships, or content creation
