You will report to the Human Resources Director while taking project direction from relevant department heads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management & Leadership: Serve as the project lead for ERP module implementations, coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within scope. You will be responsible for change management, helping teams adopt new processes smoothly.
- System Implementation & Optimization: Work with departments to gather business requirements, evaluate existing processes, and configure the Tyler MUNIS system to meet organizational needs. This includes conducting research, troubleshooting issues, and testing configurations to ensure they align with business requirements before launching to a live environment.
- Policy & Documentation: Develop and document new processes and policies resulting from the system implementation. You will also coordinate policy reviews and prepare documents for presentation to governing committees.
- Training & Support: Create customized training materials, instructions, and FAQs for end-users. You will be responsible for coordinating training sessions to ensure all users are prepared and supported after a new module launches.
- Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years of experience working with an ERP or Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Direct experience with Tyler MUNIS is highly preferred.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred. A combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge and skills will also be considered.
- Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work independently, and lead group settings. You must have strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
