HiCareer is hiring Customer Success Specialists for long-term assignments with fast-scaling B2B SaaS companies across Europe. These companies are entering critical growth phases — and are looking for people who take real ownership of their success.

You’ll play a central role in how the company builds and maintains strong customer relationships — working closely with both users and internal teams to improve onboarding, engagement, and retention over time.

What You’ll Do

Own the full customer lifecycle — from onboarding to renewal

Be the primary point of contact for your accounts, driving ongoing value

Monitor usage, identify risk signals, and proactively intervene

Collaborate with Product and Growth to feed in insights and improvements

Drive retention and expansion by understanding customer needs deeply

Help build and refine processes that scale success across the customer base

What We’re Looking For

2–6 years in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally in B2B SaaS

Proven ability to own customer outcomes and act with urgency

Strong communicator — clear, structured, and trusted by clients

Comfortable navigating CRM, analytics tools, and support platforms

You’re not reactive — you anticipate problems, spot patterns, and take initiative

Bonus: experience working closely with product teams or in a remote-first setup
