How this works

Every posting is scanned for technology signals in its title and category tags only - descriptions mention every tool under the sun and would flatten the signal into noise.

The chart lines show each tech's share of all postings that month, so overall hiring volume swings don't distort the picture.

Supply is where companies post; demand is where unique visitors click. A positive demand gap means candidates are hungrier for that stack than the posting volume suggests.

Median pay per stack only counts postings with a confidently parsed salary, normalized to yearly - stacks with fewer than 5 disclosed salaries in the month are skipped so one lucky posting can't set the bar.

Honest caveat: keywords are a proxy, not ground truth - and view history only starts when tracking began, so the demand bars get smarter over time.
