- Hands-on programming work – coding, pair programming, testing, and shipping functionality.
- You will be participating in regular scrum ceremonies.
- You will be working with the technical lead to build out Stratus Capabilities for other teams to use.

- Crafting modern .NET applications in C# 7+ (using .NET Core/6+, NuGet).
- Designing robust HTTP APIs with tools like ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Carter, or Nancy.
- Navigating Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) cloud environments.
- You will have experience with Event-Driven Architecture designing systems that react in real-time.
- You will have experience with Event-Sourced Systems building architectures that keep track of every state change.
- Implementing Continuous Delivery practices to ship quality code fast.
- Thriving in autonomous, agile environments where innovation happens daily.
- Working with distributed, scalable database solutions.
- Experience using Event Sourced architectures.
