Senior Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Build platform infrastructure as code (Terraform, Kubernetes, GCP).
• Own CI/CD pipelines end-to-end for fast, reliable deploys.
• Own observability stack: metrics, logging, tracing.
• Define and hold SLOs; manage capacity within them.
• Lead incident response; run blameless post-mortems and ship fixes.
• Collaborate with product engineering to reduce toil and speed production.

🎯 Requirements

• SRE mindset: SLOs, error budgets, toil reduction, post-mortems.
• Cloud architectures (GCP or AWS), networking, IAM, managed services.
• Docker and Kubernetes at scale: cluster design, networking, storage, security.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Go, Python or Rust; well-tested automation.
• Experience with centralised logging or APM (Datadog, Splunk).
• Strong communication to influence engineers and teams.
