AI/ML & Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy ML/AI/GenAI solutions from proof of concept through production.
• Build and optimize ML models across DL, NLP, forecasting, classification, regression, anomaly
• Develop GenAI apps using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, retrieval optimization, reranking, and prompt
• Design AI evaluation frameworks for quality, reliability, relevance, and performance.
• Build scalable AI services via REST and gRPC APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Establish MLOps/LLMOps, versioning, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering or technical engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on ML/AI engineering experience.
• Advanced Python, deep learning, and ML techniques.
• Experience with NLP, forecasting, classification, regression, and anomaly detection.
• Proven GenAI experience with LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience with embeddings, retrieval tuning, reranking, prompt engineering, and AI/LLM evaluation.
