Advising the business on compliance and legal issues related to structuring new and existing cryptoassets and financial features
Drafting customer-facing legal documents for these products
Managing regulatory expectations, requirements, and applications
Collaborating with Product and Commercial teams to design and deliver solutions
Ensuring compliance with financial services regulations, including the upcoming crypto regime and MiFID
Expanding Revolut’s product offering in line with regulatory requirements
