Key Responsibilities

Lead API integration projects for clients, ensuring seamless connectivity between various SaaS platforms
Consult with clients to gather technical requirements and deliver integration solutions that meet business needs
Design, implement, and test API integrations across systems to ensure data accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that align with client objectives and privacy regulations
Provide technical support and guidance to clients during and after the integration process

Experience and Qualifications

Proven experience in API integration, particularly with SaaS platforms
Experience with client-facing projects and strong communication skills
Strong technical knowledge of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and integration technologies
Experience with troubleshooting, testing, and optimizing API integrations
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus
Eligible to work in the UK
