We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to design and build the foundational systems that power our AI platform. You'll own critical backend services, databases, and APIs, ensuring our infrastructure is fast, secure, and scales to meet enterprise demands.

What you 9ll do

Architect and build high performance backend systems and APIs
Design database schemas and optimise query performance
Lead technical design reviews and set engineering standards
Build robust authentication, authorisation, and security systems
Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability tooling
Mentor team members and drive engineering culture improvements

Who we 7re looking for

5+ years of backend engineering experience
Deep expertise in Node.js, Python, or Go
Strong experience with PostgreSQL and Redis
Experience designing and operating distributed systems at scale
Understanding of security best practices for enterprise applications
Excellent technical communication and leadership skills
