Senior Software Engineer

This is a role for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, building high-quality software and taking ownership from concept through to production.

You ll play a key role in designing, developing and maintaining our core products, working closely with Product Managers, QA and fellow engineers to deliver scalable, secure and maintainable solutions. You ll also help influence technical direction, contribute to architectural decisions and support the development of other engineers within the team.

What You ll Be Doing

• Designing, building and maintaining applications using C# and .NET
• Leading the delivery of complex features and technical projects
• Collaborating with Product and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Writing robust automated tests and promoting engineering best practice
• Reviewing code, mentoring engineers and helping raise technical standards
• Contributing to architecture and technical design decisions
• Driving improvements in scalability, performance, security and maintainability
• Using modern development tooling and AI-assisted technologies to enhance productivity
• Taking ownership of solutions throughout the full software development lifecycle

What We re Looking For

• Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET
• Experience building modern web applications across backend and frontend technologies
• A passion for clean, maintainable and well-tested code
• Experience working in Agile product development environments
• Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable system design
• Experience with CI/CD, source control and modern development practices
• Confidence leading technical discussions and mentoring others
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot
