You'll be responsible for managing our fleet of company devices, ensuring employees have the tools they need to be productive, and maintaining security across our systems. This is a foundational role—you'll build the processes and systems that scale with us.**What You'll Own****Device Management**- Implement and manage our MDM (Mobile Device Management) solution- Configure and deploy laptops and mobile devices for new hires- Enforce security policies across all managed devices (encryption, password policies, automatic updates)- Maintain hardware inventory and lifecycle management- Troubleshoot device issues and coordinate repairs/replacements**Employee IT Support**- Onboard new employees: device setup, account provisioning, access management- Offboard departing employees: device collection, access revocation, data handling- Serve as first point of contact for employee tech issues- Create documentation and self-service guides
