🎯 The Role

• Sapien is looking for a hands-on, onchain-native growth hacker — someone who’s actually built and scaled ecosystems, not just marketed them.

• You’ll be joining right after a major milestone (TGE) as we shift from product validation to ecosystem expansion. Your job is to create the playbook for growth.

• This role is for a technical, data-obsessed builder who knows how to grow onchain communities, measure traction, and scale token ecosystems from the ground up.

🔧 Core Responsibilities

1️⃣ Build the Growth Engine

• Hack distribution across onchain and offchain channels — grow Sapien’s reach through high-leverage surfaces like X, Discord, Telegram, PR, newsletters, and content collaborations. Build repeatable loops that drive new contributor and buyer inflow.

• Run technical, data-driven funnels — design and optimize marketing experiments end-to-end. Implement tracking, A/B tests, and conversion analytics to identify what compounds user activation and onchain engagement.

• Architect full-funnel user acquisition, from awareness → activation → retention → re-engagement

• Implement analytics and attribution across onchain + offchain touchpoints (Google, Dune, Nansen, etc.)

• Design and run fast, measurable growth experiments to find repeatable acquisition loops

2️⃣ Ecosystem & Onchain Growth

• Launch and manage community growth campaigns (airdrops, staking, ambassadors, referrals, etc.)

• Analyze cohort health, onchain activity, and incentive efficiency

3️⃣ Paid, Performance & Lifecycle

• Test and scale paid channels (X, Google, Reddit, CoinMarketCap, etc.) with ROI discipline

• Build lifecycle funnels: email drips, retargeting, onboarding flows

• Optimize CAC, LTV, and conversion metrics using data-driven insights

4️⃣ Growth Analytics & Reporting

• Own dashboards for growth, retention, funnel performance, and campaign attribution

• Identify drop-offs, leaks, and compounding growth levers

• Present metrics that directly tie marketing spend to user activity

🧩 You Are

• A proven onchain growth operator who can point to specific results — user growth, ecosystem expansion, and/or token traction

• Deeply onchain native — you understand wallets, DeFi flows, community culture, and data analytics

• A builder mindset — you experiment, hack distribution, measure, and iterate quickly

• Technically savvy — you speak the same language as product, data, and dev teams

• Comfortable with chaos, ambiguity, and speed — this is an early-stage rocket ship, not a corporate marketing department
