We're seeking a Data Entry Specialist with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accuracy while managing large volumes of information.

This role plays a key part in ensuring data is reliable, organized, and up to date to support smooth operations across the company.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data across internal databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
• Review and verify data for accuracy, correcting errors where necessary.
• Perform routine data audits to ensure consistency and quality.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Generate simple reports and summaries as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to streamline data processes and resolve discrepancies.
• Complete data entry tasks within established deadlines.
• Work UK business hours (approx. 9 AM–6 PM GMT).

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist, Administrative Assistant, or a similar role.
• Strong typing skills (minimum 50 WPM with high accuracy).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms or database management systems is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in crypto or fintech is a nice-to-have.
