Responsibilities

We are seeking a Product Lead to support our Head of Product in driving the strategy, design, and execution of Noble’s core offerings, with a focus on retail users and mainstream adoption. This role is ideal for someone who combines product management expertise with a strong understanding of consumer financial products and digital adoption strategies. As Product Lead, you will help shape go-to-market strategies and execute product initiatives that make Noble’s products—such as Noble Dollar, Noble Swaps, and Noble Lend—accessible, trusted, and impactful for users around the world.

  • PRODUCT STRATEGY & EXECUTION
    • Collaborate closely with the Head of Product to define product strategy and roadmap for Noble’s offerings (Noble Dollar, Noble Swaps, Noble Lend, etc.) and their retail applications
    • Translate user insights into actionable product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications
    • Manage engineering resources (internal and external) to deliver against roadmap priorities on time
    • Create and maintain product-specific documentation that aligns stakeholders and accelerates execution

    • Monitor product performance metrics and iterate rapidly to improve adoption, retention, and user satisfaction.
