We’re supporting a premium D2C brand in the home & lifestyle sector, selling across Europe and operating a hybrid warehouse + 3PL model. The company is around ~30 people, with logistics, customer care, and tech working closely across time zones. They’re hiring an Operations Specialist with hands-on experience in e-commerce logistics or retail fulfillment — to support daily operations, improve delivery performance, and help the team scale smoothly.

This position can be offered as either full-time employment or as a consultant/freelancer, depending on your setup and location.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Track inventory and manage order flow across Shopify and 3PLs
• Resolve fulfillment issues and coordinate with support and warehouse teams
• Maintain SOPs and ensure accurate documentation for internal tools
• Contribute to operational improvements and product/packaging rollouts
• Support planning for product drops and seasonal peak logistics

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years experience in e-commerce logistics or retail operations
• Familiar with 3PL dashboards, Shopify backend, or shipping platforms
• Highly organized and proactive in day-to-day coordination
• Based in EMEA and fluent in English
• Bonus: experience with SKUs, packaging changes, or EU-wide shipping flows

This is a fully remote role. Depending on your preference, you can join as a full-time employee or as a consultant with a structured monthly scope. Team members are distributed across Europe with co-working options in select cities.
