We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Specialist — someone who truly understands the crypto and trading industryand knows how to turn that insight into content that drives engagement, community growth, and sales.
Your Mission
As our Senior Social Media Specialist, you’ll take the lead on strategy, content, and community across all key platforms – Instagram, X (Twitter), Telegram, and Discord.
You’ll collaborate closely with our creative team (designer, video editor, cameraman) and coordinate their work to ensure every post supports HyroTrader’s brand and goals.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a social media strategy focused on growth, engagement, and sales.
- Manage and lead the content creation process — from ideas to publishing.
- Collaborate with the creative team (designers, editors, videographers) to deliver high-impact visuals and videos.
- Engage with the trading community on Discord and Telegram to strengthen trust and brand loyalty.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and trading personalities for partnerships.
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize strategies to increase conversion and community growth.
Who We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience managing social media for a crypto, trading, or fintech brand.
- Strong understanding of trader psychology and how to communicate effectively with that audience.
- Proven ability to increase sales or conversions through strategic content.
- Skilled in planning and executing cross-platform campaigns.
- Fluent in English (C1 or native level).
- Independent, creative, and results-driven.
- Leadership mindset – able to manage a remote creative team effectively.
