What you’ll do

Design and deliver backend services end‑to‑end with autonomy and high quality.
Partner with Product, Delivery, and UX to take features from idea to launch and iterate based on data.
Mentor engineers, share best practices, and raise the engineering bar across reliability, testing, and performance.
Own operability: ensure resilience, monitoring, security, and compliance are built in from day one.

Core tech

Java 17+ with Spring Boot/Quarkus/Micronaut; REST/HTTP; async patterns.
SQL with Postgres/Oracle; Docker/docker‑compose; AWS (S3, Aurora, ElastiCache).
CI/CD (GitLab/GitHub Actions/CircleCI); testing (JUnit, RestAssured).

Nice to have

Observability (Datadog/Prometheus/Grafana/PagerDuty), Python, Kubernetes/Helm.
