We are seeking an experienced Full Stack developer/development team to build a scalable web application that incudes the extractation clients' Google Ads account data via the Google Ads API. The app will operate through a partner referral model where ad agencies and consultants direct clients to our our application -- please see business workflow below.

Current State: We currently have an app in production that was built on Next.js, React, Typescript and we use Voiceflow, Make.com, HubSpot API, and EverSign API to handle this process (www.claimforge.ai/google). We need to migrate away from Voiceflow and Hubspot, make the application more robust, improve ease of data collection accuracy with Google Ads API integration, and create a scalable and flexible platform.

Key Requirements: • Timeline: 4-week delivery • Scale: Architect for 100,000+ users within 12 months

Business Workflow Requirements

The platform must support the following 6-step client workflow:

Step 1: Frictionless Data Collection

App collects the following information for each client using the most frictionless approach possible, leveraging Google Ads API for automatic data population. If clients cannot or prefer not to log into Google Ads, provide a manual input fallback with TypeForm-style interface:

• Legal business name(s)
• Authorized Signatory for each business • Authorized Signatory email address
• Authorized Signatory address
• Business phone number
• Google Ads IDs (GAID) for each business
• Email account(s) associated with the GAIDs for each business
• Amount of spend on Google Ads since 8/1/16 for each business

Currrently we use an AI chatbot powered by Voiceflow to collect client information. We would like to switch to a simple form based approach for this data collection. 

Step 2: Automated Document Generation

Once information is collected, client receives a link and email with retainer agreement for electronic signature via EverSign API, pre-filled with collected information.

Step 3: CRM Integration

Information collected from users is automatically stored and reflected in HubSpot CRM system in appropriate pipeline stages. Completed retainer agreements are also stored and reflected in CRM. 

Step 4: Referral Source Tracking

System stores and reflects in CRM what referral source brought the client to us for accurate attribution and partner management.

Step 5: Daily Export Processing

Ability to export completed client information to Excel spreadsheets with signed retainer agreements organized in individual daily folders for upload to law firm partners handling litigation.

Step 6: Partner Distribution Options

Provide referral partners with two options:
• Direct link with URL parameters for referral tracking
• Embeddable widget for installation on their websites

Key is having a central management system where we can update question flow and retainer agreement, with changes automatically reflected across all partner installations.
