The Role

We are looking for a Senior Unreal Engine Developer with C++ & Blueprint experience to join our fast-growing Network. You will play a key role in designing and implementing high-performance 3D applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and helping shape the future of real-time visualization and interactive experiences.

What we are looking for:

5+ years of professional experience with Unreal Engine development.
Proficiency in C++ and Unreal Engine Blueprint scripting.
Strong understanding of Unreal Engine systems (e.g., gameplay framework, animation, rendering, AI, and physics).
Experience with optimizing games for performance and scalability across platforms (PC, console, mobile, etc.).
Familiarity with multiplayer/networked gameplay systems and techniques.
Knowledge of industry-standard tools, workflows, and pipelines.
Located in CET timezone (+/- 3 hours), we are unable to consider applications from candidates in other time zones.

Nice-to-have:

Experience in Tool Development.
Experience working on shipped titles
Familiarity with VR/AR development using Unreal Engine.
Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., Python, C#).
Experience with source control tools like Git, Perforce, or SVN.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize high-performance systems and gameplay mechanics using Unreal Engine 4/5.
Implement advanced features, including AI, physics, rendering, and networking.
Collaborate with designers and artists to ensure seamless integration of gameplay features and assets.
Write, debug, and maintain clean, modular, and scalable C++ / Blueprint code.
Lead technical discussions, contribute to project planning, and provide expert guidance on Unreal Engine best practices.
Identify and address technical challenges, ensuring performance and stability across platforms.
Stay updated with the latest Unreal Engine developments and implement new features/tools as needed.
