- Driving conversations and initiatives with other frontend developers and the team; sharing knowledge and contributing to technical best practices
- Building strong relationships within the team and wider organisation, actively mentoring and supporting through technical guidance and feedback
- Keeping up to date with new tools and practices, continuously seeking to improve your own technical expertise, domain knowledge and skills
- Communicating effectively in both technical and non-technical discussions
- Confident in making appropriate trade-offs in project scoping and delivery considering maintainability, scalability, and time to deliver in collaboration with the team and other stakeholders
- Working closely with our design team to align on UX/UI implementation
