Key Responsibilities:
Required Experience:
- Architect and build backend systems for data ingestion, enrichment, and intelligent storage and support for agentic AI workflows including data-driven reasoning and autonomous task execution
- Design APIs to serve structured and unstructured data to downstream services and AI agents
- Build scalable data pipelines to unify third-party inputs and support reasoning layers
- Work with vector stores and structured databases to power semantic querying and analysis
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and AI leads to ship end-to-end functionality
- Optimise for performance, modularity, observability, and scale from day one
Required Experience:
- 5+ years in backend development with production systems (Node.js, Python, Go preferred)
- Fluency with flexible databases like MongoDB and solid understanding of API architecture
- Experience ingesting data from external APIs and normalising across varied formats
- Familiarity with vector search, semantic data modelling, or distributed systems
- Clean code habits, strong testing discipline, and eagerness to design from first principles
- Bonus: Agentic experience, background in analytics platforms or data-heavy products
