As we scale, we’re investing in building a faster, more reliable, and more user-friendly platform to support our growing global community.We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to help us raise the bar on user experience and development velocity.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of key product areas, working closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to turn ideas into high-quality, performant interfaces. You’ll build responsive and accessible UI using React, contribute to our component library, and play a key role in testing, debugging, and optimizing the front-end experience.If you’re excited about clean code, fast iterations, and using tools, including AI, to work smarter, not just harder, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing
Develop and maintain reusable, high-quality front-end components using React and Tailwind, with a strong emphasis on performance, scalability, and consistency across the product
Translate Figma designs into responsive, accessible, and cross-browser-compatible interfaces that feel fast and intuitive across devices
Manage client-side state with tools like Redux or Context API, and contribute to architectural decisions that improve maintainability
Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and collaborate with backend engineers to ensure smooth, end-to-end functionality
Continuously optimize load times and responsiveness, and proactively identify areas for improvement in the user experience
Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, contributing to code reviews, testing, and documentation practices
Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers in an agile, squad-based setup to ship user-focused features quickly.
Leverage AI tools and LLMs to improve development speed, automate repetitive tasks, or enhance user-facing functionality where valuable.
What you’ll bring to the table
Proven experience building and shipping front-end features with React and modern JavaScript (ES6+), with a strong grasp of performance and scalability principles
A detail-oriented approach to UI development, with experience translating designs into responsive, accessible interfaces using HTML, CSS, and Tailwind
Solid understanding of state management (Redux, Context API) and comfortable integrating with backend APIs.
A clean, pragmatic coding style: you write maintainable code, value documentation and testing, and are confident using Git in agile workflows
A user-centric mindset, understanding how usability, performance, and accessibility impact real-world product experiences
Curiosity and willingness to grow – whether exploring Next.js, contributing to design systems, or improving front-end architecture
Interest in emerging tech – you’ve explored or are excited to apply AI tools and LLMs to enhance developer workflows or product features
Experience in fast-paced product teams or startups is ideal – comfortable navigating ambiguity, sharing ideas early, and iterating fast
